Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KSh). We accept M-Pesa, bank transfers, and payment on delivery within Nairobi. A 50% deposit is required for deliveries outside Nairobi and for custom orders.
Delivery
We offer same-day delivery within Nairobi for in-stock items ordered before 2pm. Delivery to other locations in Kenya takes 2–5 business days. Free delivery within Nairobi for orders above KSh 10,000.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products with manufacturing defects or items that don't match the description. Items must be in original condition. Custom-made furniture is non-returnable unless defective.
Custom Orders
Custom furniture orders require a 50% deposit and take 7–14 business days to complete. Specifications should be confirmed in writing via WhatsApp or email before production begins.
