We build custom homes across Kenya, with primary operations in Nairobi and surrounding counties. Site visits are available countrywide.

Question 2

How much does it cost to build a home with Crafty KE?

Accepted Answer

Costs vary based on design, size, and finishes. We provide transparent, itemised quotations with no hidden costs after our discovery and design review process.

How long does the construction process take?

Construction timelines depend on the project scope. We provide a clear schedule with milestone tracking during the quotation phase, and send weekly progress updates throughout construction.

Accepted Answer

We handle both design and construction. We present detailed plans and 3D visualisations, refining until every detail feels right — no need to hire a separate architect.

Accepted Answer

Our quotations are transparent and itemised, covering all materials, labour, and finishes. No hidden costs, no surprises later.

Question 6

Can I make changes during construction?

Accepted Answer

Yes, changes can be accommodated. We discuss any modifications and their cost implications transparently before proceeding.
